Webplanex Native App Builder, “the App”, allows you to create and customize your native iPhone and Android application. No coding skills required. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
- Access Orders
We access store orders using APIs to display order details inside the application section. We do not store order information in our database.
- Access Store Theme Template
The App access store theme design to get current theme data like store currency, Language etc., The app does not modify any theme component.
- Access Customers Information
The App Access Customers information to display customer profile and order related information inside the app. The App allows modify customer information after login authentication from our app via Shopify.
- Access Products – Collections
We access Products and Collections to setup application design blocks. The app does not modify any product information.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not share your personal information with anybody. We store your personal information to provide described app services only.
Rights of Individual if they are European resident.
We are not sharing any information of any individual other than Shopify Store owner. Whenever merchant un-installs the app, we remove their product information and the personal information of the store from our servers within 14 days. So, if any Store owner wishes to remove their personal information, they will have to remove the app.
Data Retention
Data Retention When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Orders Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
Changes We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
